The only executable binary called 'gcc' that I know of is the Gnu C Compiler, which AFAIK is only distributed for Linux, and is used to compile C code into executable files. However, in order to open up ZIP files, all you have to do is go to powerarchiver.com and download their free product, powerarchiver 2000 v.6. and install it. Then click the zip file to 'uncompress' it. If there are other files you can't get open, I can help you.

gcc.exe is a command for most C compilers. If you're getting that error trying to unzip a file, the error lies within your file type association. Reassociate your .zip extension to open with whatever program you have to unzip (winzip, winrar, pkunzip, etc.)
