Decide what you like in IT. Web design or support, Networking, system admin,Cisco ect. After that decision is made, choose a learning mode. A 2 year school is a slow meathod and the technology will be farther ahead when you are finished. Try faster paced training (8-14 weeks). You get hands on and instructor based help. If you learn well try CBT's - cheap and easy.
