GWise Web Access - All Threads Busy

Users no longer get the GW WebAccess login page. The agent on the NetWare mail server indicates "All threads are busy". The agent does not unload properly when doing <F7> Exit. The only way to clear it is to reboot the mail server which notifies ALLusers that it is disconnecting. The Web agent runs on IIS, Windows NT v4 sp4. The other agent runs on NetWare 4.11, sp6. GroupWise v5.2.3a. I opened an incident with Novell but they are perplexed.

Take a look at your NW4.11 server. Verify that there are user connections available. Try clearing the WEBACCESS user connections. Stop the Webaccess process and restart it. Verify that the WEBACCESS user account is still active and can login to the NW4.11 server.

Our Webaccess server sometimes hangs up also and sometimes clearing the Webaccess user logins, shutting down Webaccess and restarting it allows the logins to work.
