Half screen BSOD

We have bought BlueSave software which has been working really well, until we have started receiving half a Blue Screen and therefore it is not enabling this to be emailed to our Technical Support company, any ideas???

Checkout BlueSave Users Manual:

In section 3 "When will BlueSave Not record a Blue Screen"

Suggestions indicate corrupt memory or drivers
BlueSave relies on to complete dump.
Additional info regarding PC,OS and events leading
up to BSOD would help troubleshoot problem.

Are you authorized to remove, reseat, and replace
memory? If so give it a try. Did your User who
does not have Admin rights attempt to download
the latest version software and crunch a driver
or two?
