Help Desk Software

I am looking for a Help Desk Solution for my company. We are a consulting firm with many clients and are growing rapidly. We currently have 6 Technicians that would need access to a help desk system. I have looked around and found some decent products but what I really would like is something that integrates with Outlook/Exchange. Anyone have any good suggestions?

http://www.readydesk.com. It has more features than most other help desk software at a fraction of the cost.

You could try FocalScope http://www.focalscope.com -- this help desk ticketing system with live chat is a complete replacement for outlooks. If you are currently using outlook, you can transfer your contacts to FocalScope easily. The private and group folders make distributing queries to the right people and departments a breeze. It also has ticket queues which auto assign incoming tickets to respective agents. Internal communications between your technicians will be very efficient as it has instant messaging built in. Time management will not be a problem as it also has the capability to send auto replies and responses. If you need to, you can integrate it with other systems using the API. Since its free for the first 3 licenses, you could try it out and see if it fits your needs.
