how 2 assign a drive letter to network hard drive?

By it_learn ·
Hi,

I have a network hard drive with ip 192.168.1.3. There are many folders in it. I can map each folder in the network drive. But I want to map the hard drive itself. For that I want to assign a drive letter to it. I don't know how to do it

That is the important thing. A Windows XP Machine uses a different procedure to a Windows 7 and Different forms of Linux use different procedures.

When you ask a question here it's always a good idea to tell us everything as we have no idea of what you have in front of you.
