change language

by anders_emajl In reply to how can i change german l ...

Hi
There is a way to change the lingo on menus and dialogboxes aswell as for currecy.

Go to Start ->Controlpanel
Search for something like "National language settings" inside there is an combox to select language from.

Note that this is only accessable from the multi user interfaces windows version (MUI)
If this is not your version you must find the english installation cd and make recovery installation, as far as I know and understand.

tested on one of my pc's and noted that that heading is regional and language settings and I was ordered to use my Win CD to add the language files.

Hope it helped and was the answer you was looking for.

Please start your own question.
It really isn't cool to resurrect a Zombie thread (dead three years) nor to hijack another thread. ;-)

Then wait for 4 years to be counter-invaded by English speaking folks.

Seeing as you are so interested in digging up historical posts!
