How can i find the CPU utilization of a XP machine from command prompt?

I am using windows XP SP2. I want to create a perl script which will find the cpu usage of the machine? How can i do this? Is there any command using which i can know the cpu utilization from command prompt?

bring up cmd type in taskmgr. Taskmanager should pop up and you can select performance

Only on command prompt

I want the % CPU usage on command prompt only. i.e. I type a command and get the CPU usage on command prompt only
