How do I force a new line in an Access Text field?

By sheila_kelly00 ·
I want the equivalent of Excel's Alt-Enter to put text information on a new line in the text box, but Access only lets me type in a single paragraph. How can I force a new line in Access?

Access 2007 has ctrl enter

I use vista and Access 2007; if the field is set at text or rtf you can hit ctrl+enter and it will start a new line.

So does Access 2003, 2000, 97 and if I'm not mistaken version 2 as well. Lots easier than Excel's alt enter
