How do I send an email from MS Access 2003

I am new to the Database world. I need help with the VBA on how to send an email from a form in Access 2003. When the user checks a box, I need an email to go out to management for the request. Please help! Much Thanks.

Specify the email addresses. in to, cc, bcc
attach the content of the form as a snapshot report.

I have never completed any of the tasks that you mention. Is there a resource that I could go to for step by step help? Everywhere I look, I can't find basic help.
