How do I send folders as an email attachment?

By lrtedesco ·
I have tried to do this using Win-zip compression, but this causes problems for the recipient in printing these files. Zip Central is much more consumer friendly but still gives me the same problem. Any ideas?

How does Winzip create printing issues? Anything that gets sent compressed will need to be uncompressed before you can do anything with it.

you cannot email a folder

Hi, you cannot email a folder without compressing it or somehow making it into a file,

email clients can only send files. But as robo_dev requested, more detail of what is going on with zip files on the clients side would be good to know.

also send the fonts, or use standard fonts . . .

if the docs you are sending use fonts installed only on your system

they will not print correctly on any other system

even if you specify "No Compression"
the docs will appear corrupted and not print correctly if the font(s) used
are not installed on the system
