how do i use 'built in administrator account?

hi
i am trying to install a printer on vista, and am told i am not an administrator even though the user account says it is. i have turned the built in administrator account, but how do i use that account to install the program, as i still am having problems on the primary account. i do not know the commands to use in the 'black' window where you type 'net user administrator/active:yes'. please help!!!

You can also try

If Peconet's suggestion does not work, you can also try right clicking on the "setup.exe" (or what ever the installer program name is, and choose run as administrator. (this is an elevated administrator, than the one your user accound is currently set to)
