    How do you process customer requests? Your help desk systems

    Hello everyone. I run a small outsourcing company, and I’d to create a simple yet effective way to register and process customer requests. Each request should be fixed, there should be the statistics, more detailed information about the engineer who is implementing a certain request, and so on. And also my client could be able to receive such information, too.
