How to backup windows xp image?

By sanwardak ·
Hello
I need to backup the windows on a machine which is first time boot and require end user agreement. The reason is that in my shop I install many window for customer, I want to speed things up. So we got pcs from our supplier and windows is preinstalled but require end user to accept the agreement and activate the windows with thier own product key wich come with pc. Is there a way can backup the disk and burn it to cd and use it in future for same brand pcs? Because I don???t want to spend 2 hours to install windows each time. Or can you recommend some other way to speed up the process? All the pcs are not same brand which I install windows on it.

Regards

Acronis TruImage

There are several similar tools such as Macrium Reflect Free, Clonezilla, or Symantec Ghost.

My experience is that Acronis works very well. I used to swear by Macrium Reflect Free until recently had huge issue with restore not working on my SATA drives, so I have switched to Acronis for good.

Or you could make your own OPK Install

However you'll need a different Image for every different Model.

Download from here though you will most likely need to become a M$ Partner
