TCP View

TCPView is a nice utility for determining what ports are open by what process. It also allows you to close that port.

No additional software needed

Go to interface properties | Advanced TCP/IP Filtering | Options and this will open up TCP/IP Filtering window. Here you configure TCP, UDP and protocol settings.

To view open ports and connections use the 'netstat' command in the command window. Use the 'netstat /?' option to view switch options.
