How to connect DOS client to the NT Serv

Yes, it is very possible. The method that I have found most effective is to use the LAN Manager v2.2 client, which should be on your NT Server CD in the clients\LANMAN folder. You'll find a DISKS folder with DISK1-DISK4 folders in it. Copy the contents of each of these to a separate floppy disk. You will also need to have handy the driver disk for the network card in your DOS workstation, and this should (most do) have a DOS level NDIS driver. The install is pretty easy, and the client will support WINS for name res, and either static IP addressing or DHCP (although I've always used static for them, some aspects of the IP implementation were not always as good as they should have been). Hope this helps, any probs, let me know.

You can downlaod dirve image pro from powerquests website (trial version). One of the programs is a wizard that guides you thru creating bootable network disks I found this to be the easiest for me.
