How to connect two static IP DSL in network

By nimesh03 ·
Would you please help me out to setup the two static IP DSL to network. If one DSL is down, other DSL can take over the control automatically without interruption,so their will be no down time for credit card processing,ATM and other computers.
Would you please find some device,so I can connect both DSL to one device and go onwards.

Dual-Wan Router

Such as:

Cisco RV042
Cisco 1720
Cisco 1801

The RV042 is cheap, though it would be less reliable.

If the two DSL circuits are from the same provider, then it would be very likely that both circuits would be down at the same time. An better alternative would be to use dial-up or wireless broadband (3G HSPDA) as your backup.

For example, a Cisco 800 series router can use DSL as the primary and use 3G wireless as the backup, and even dialup as a secondary backup.
