How to export specific contacts from Outlook on Mac to csv file

Outlook 2010 on Mac has contacts that have categories assigned. I wish to export only contact mailing info to a list for my mailing company. I cannot figure out how to export only the records data that I want and for only the contact groups that I want. I tried unselecting the checkboxes under the contact list for groups I didn't want but when choosing tools -> export I cannot choose what data fields to export and the trial export exported all record and all data that opened in excel is not one record per line for all records.
