How to fix android os

By brian ·
I have a motorola phone with android os on it, i am unsure which os version. I can not loose data!! What the phone is doing is on boot, showing the M logo, then the android os loading screen. It will hang out there for a few moments, then the android screen will disappear then come back but the phone never seems to completely boot up. What can i do to fix the phone or at the least get the data off of it so i can get a new phone? ANY help would be AWESOME!!!!

I dont suppose you ever backed up any of the data from your phone as a precaution?

Unfortunatly no, my friend came to me with it and said that she needed the data off of the phone before factory restoring it....where i have worked with hard drive data recovery, i decided this may be a fun new chalange....won't delete anything until i'm sure i have data and worst case, send it off to a specialized Data Recovery compnay like ontrack or something.....thanks for the link, i will check it out!!

Mobile Phone Data Recovery

by mecymills In reply to How to fix android os

I guess there is some hardware or software related issue within your mobile phone. Thus to rectify the problem format the your mobile phone and reinstall the Android OS within it. This will resolve your problem but causes data loss issue. Thus to rescue yourself from severe data loss situation use a commercial Mobile Phone Data Recovery software.
