There's a 98 powertool from Microsoft called TweakUI which allows you to 'hide' drive letters...that might help you!

Microsoft>Downloads, then serch for TweakUI

It work to hide a drive in Windows 9x but when you shell to DOS prompt. You can find it.

I have find a save way is to hide a logical drive or partition by the Gdisk command of Norton Ghost.

To hide a partition:
Gdisk (disk drive number) /hide /p:(partition number)
To get a partition back from hidden:
Gdisk (disk drive number) /-hide /p:(partition number)

It is more save that nobody find it even shell to DOS.

You can use

TweakUI to disable the command prompt and prevent shelling to dos. Alternatively, download a copy of FutureLock from www.nerdsunlimited.com which allows you to lock out a drive, command, control panel or any 9x feature!
