How to make a file view in the body of the email instead of an attachment?

I am using mac mail and would like to send a file to show up in the body of the email instead of having it as an attachment.

Depends on the E Mail Client I suppose

But the easy way is to Copy & Paste whatever you want into the Body of the E Mail.

This might be too obvious, but it depends on where your cursor is or was when you hit "insert".

Both Zimbra and Gmail don't allow direct pasting of graphic s into messages-- although if you attach graphics to gmail, when the mail is opened again, the graphics will have made their ways to the message body. Sorry, there's no real solution I know of .
