How To Print Screen In XP

By smokeydog001 ·
Running XP & Explorer v7. How do I print screen an image in order to save it to my files so I can edit it with Adobe Image Ready? This is driving me crazy because I did it a few years ago.

Print Screen

Clicking the Print Screen key copies the screen to the Windows clipboard. If you want to copy just one window, click the heading of the window and press Alt-Print Screen, both keys at the same time.

If you have the application ready with a blank page, paste the contents of the clipboard to the page, usually Edit - Paste, or just press Ctrl-V.

or on some notebooks the print screen function is used with a FN + another key.
