hold down the alt key and press the print screen button. Open ws word or notepad and press the paste button or choose paste from the menu.

It's impossible to do this.There is a restart after sysprep

You could try installing a screen capture utility. You can find one on www.download.com. What these do is save the screen capture (usually to a .bmp file) to your hard drive. You would need to install it before running sysprep. Make sure it's running in the background, and press the hotkey (specified by the program) when the screen appears that you want to save.

Doing a search on www.download.com for "screen capture" just turned up 115 programs.
