How to set a default sort order in outlook sub-folders?

By davep.lowes ·
A user has "clicked something" and changed the default sort order in outlook sub-folders to "message class" instead of date! She's clicked a load more things, and logged back into Outlook so any undo option has gone. I know there is a way of setting a default sort order but can't remember it. Any help out there?

You did not say which version of Outlook

so this is a general answer. In Outlook if you open the subfolder there should be something around the top that says Arrange By, or Recieved, etc. just click on that. If the date is in the wrong way (newest vs oldest) just click again.
