    HP deskjet truncates portion of letters

    Why would my hp printer truncate the lower portion of characters? For instance, the lower part of a small “g” won’t print.

      Did you check your black cartridge by trying to use a new one?

      Sometimes cartridges fail to print properly. As the nozzles of the printer are on the cartridge that would be my first bet.

      I’ve already tried changing the print catridges.

      try uninstall and reinsall of sortware.
