I CAN PING DNS SERVER BUT I CAN'T BROWSE ON INTERNET. ANY SOLUTION?

I can ping main dns server but i can't ping other sites or browse to internet explorer. in status says connected. here is the results from ip config /all command:

    I am assuming this is a home network? If yes then check if the preferred DNS is set to manual, set it to automatically obtain DNS server.
    you can find this by right clicking on the network adapter>properties>IP v4 properties.
