I want all of the clipart gallery

By moorec ·
I installed MS OFFICE 200 PREMIUM, but only some of the clipart are installed. They are not even listed in the gallery.

I would like to do one of the following, depending on how much disk space is required:
1) have all clipart listed inthe gallery so that it prompts me for the CD for those clips that are not on my hard drive.
or
2) install all of them on my hard drive.

My problem is that I can't find that option when I try to re-install (add to) MS office.

This problem is a known problem and is corrected with the install of MS Office 2000' SR-1/SR-1a.

Q248874 explains this. (www.microsoft.com/technet).

Thank you so much,Michael, for your timely and resourceful answer. I haven't gotten a chance to follow the steps from your e-mail, but I'm sure they will work. Your professional approach of following up with more details to the answer is indeed commendable. Have a nice day.

The full clip art install takes up a large amount of disk space (over 160mb, I believe). This is probably why it is not installed by default, or even listed as an option in "Custom Install". To answer part 2 of your question, simply find the Clip Art directory on the CD-ROM. You will find a setup.exe file inside the folder. When you run that setup file, it will install the additional clip art. As for part 1 of your question, I am not sure that you can set up the gallery so that it prompts you. However, I believe you can insert clip art right from the CD. With your document open, choose "Insert" from the toolbar. Choose "Picture" and then "From file". Browes to the Clip Art directory on the CD and select the file.

Thanks for the effort, but the problem was a little more complicated than what you explained.
