I'd like to have CSS pop ups on my site ..how?

By mark ·
I want text, formatted, maybe a graphic.

I want to use this for explanatory notes, extra info etc.

I don't want to use Java, just CSS.

Here's an example of what I'm looking for, but it's in JavaScript based.

It's a nice site and some creative ideas. Very useful. But I was hoping someone's put together text and image pop ups, relative to text rather than fixed, oh, and with a border ;-)
