importing data from txt file

I know well how to import data from a txt file tahts ordened like this ( horizontal)

example :

Danny Zeegers it manager monkey@monkey.com

but how can i import data thats ordened verticaly?

like

Danny Zeegers
it manager
monkey@monkey.com

Robin newman
clerck
nr@hotmail.com

...........

The simple answer is you can not. Because each line would be imported into a new record.

You would have to use another program to get the data into a record format like:

Danny Zeegers it manager monkey@monkey.com

Now there are a number of ways of doing that.
You can use notepad and cut and paste so it comes our the correct way. Or you can write your own program that changes the format of the file into the proper format.

If it is a large file, I would write a program to do it.

If is is a small file I would use and Excel macro to move the data to l line.

One cheap trick is to take it into Word. There is probably one "Enter" mark after each piece of data and two between each record.
Go to Edit>Replace and Replace ^p^p with ~~
(Or any other character that is not normaly used)
Now replace ^p with a comma
Finally replace ~~ with ^p
Now save the file as a TXT file and import away.
