Importing Username And Password To Anoth

By teo ·
If the sam and security are 38 MB size, is there a way to export the files and import to the new server ?

If I used rdisk s-, the files will be copied to the repair directory, how can I import the files to the new server ? The repair directory will include other files, can the other files not be imported ?

Thank you

I'm not too clear on what you want to accomplish but, I think thiss is your answer. Create the new server as a BDC on the same network, synchronize the domain controllers and promote the "New" BDC to the PDC. If the idea is to take the original server offline, you can do that now.

You can export the NT user account from one server and import to another server. But the password have to reset.

There is one utility in NT Resource Kit, ADDUSERS.EXE.
