Installing Windows 7 TO a usb 3.0 drive

I have a HTPC setup that has been running hot and is killing hard drives so i am trying to install the OS to a 32GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive but it can not see the drive i have on either ubs 2 or 3 ports

Not what I am looking for, I am already using that for the install. I am looking to install the OS on a flash drive
