For computers connecting to the PC with two NICS, manually configure the TCP/IP properties local connection. [start, settings, network & Dial up connections, local area connections, properties,{highlight Internet protocol},properties]. Uncheck Automatically obtain IP address and check Use the following IP address <static IP> and then in the gateway box imput the second NIC card that connects to the internet, IP address as the gateway. Leave obtain DNS address to automatically obtain. To configurethe computer with two NIC cards, The NIC that connects to the internet, use the same scheme. Note: The computer with two NIC's is the gateway computer and must be running for any other computers that connect to it for internet connectivity. Do Not run ICS Wizard as you have manually configured the settings. A much simpler way is to by a DSL router with a 4 port switch. All computers connect to the router and share the internet connection that way.

clarification: on the computer with the two NICs. The NIC that connects to the internet you leave the gateway IP address block blank. You assign an IP address [which will be the gateway IP address you fill in on the other computer's NIC properties gateway address block.

Best thing to do though is get a DSL router. Don't have to mess with IP and gateway configuration nor use ICS Wizard. Just connect the computers to the router, the router to you internet connection [follow the router manual setup for your web browser] and a way you go.

Disable ICS, set both systems to dynamic addressing. Re-enable ICS.

ICS gateway will be assigned 192.168.0.1, the other system 192.168.0.XXX. ICS setup is usually as simple as that.
