is there anyway to keep the ACL?

i'm doing a fresh install of a win2k server on a machine that allrady has win2k server on it. but i want reinstall b/c the OS is giving me lot of probllems. on another partion on the same disk with the OS i have many shared folders witth diffrent permitions. is there anyway to keep ACL of those folders so i can use them after i have reinsralled the OS.
if this is posiible it will cut my work by hours.

Don't know if this will work exactly, but maybe. One of the switches on the old XCOPY, /O, will copy the ACL.

XCOPY /O filenameordirectoryname
