isa server on domain controller

By Abbie Hasse ·
I have installed the isa server 2004 on domain controller which is already working also as DHCP, RIS, Web and FTP server. Also i have 2 NICs one for LAN & other is for WAN.
Default Gateway: No
Prefered DNS:

and WAN configurations are

Default Gateway:
Preffered DNS: Given by service provider

I am using Default Gateway for LAN but after installing NIC for WAN internet not working so i removed default gateway of LAN.

After installing isa server i put following rules

Local Host to External
Internal to Local Host
Internal to Internet

It work properly from client local administrator. i am accessing internet both on domain controller and workstation but my domain user are unable to connect it gives message that "domain controller is not available either you are not connected" all services of DHCP, RIS are not working. ping is also not working from domain controller but workstation properly ping the domain controller.

Also make sure DHCP Server, DNS Server are bound to the LAN NIC, not the WAN NIC; and make sure there is a reservation scope in DHCP for the LAN address block.
