ITIL Success Stories

By eoinoc1 ·
Hi,

I am looking for some reference info:

Organsiations who have successfully implemented elements of the ITIL framework; can anyone direct me to a website(s) where I might find some of these?

Thanks,
Eoin

Try here for a start

I really think it depends on what you class as a success. I have been through much of the ITIL training and the one thing that strikes me is the number of people who fail to grasp that ITIL is not about compliance it is about making good use of best practice and applying it pragmatically in the workplace.

Probably the most common uptake of the ITIL potfolio is in the Service Desk area and unless they had a very tight operation prior to that i would suggest they will have seen improvement which for me means success.

As a fan of ITIL I am of course biased.

Hi,

ITS of North Carolina implemented ITIL within the past two years. They would share their successful elements with you.

Thanks
