KDE - Desktop

By iamsanchez ·
I'm running a network with multiple linux servers which share common "home" accouts folders [user's personal space(s)]. User A logs on station A; everything is fine. User A logs onto station B; everything is fine. User A goes back to station A; icons, shortuts, desktop setting are frozen or messed up.

What is the problem? Does anybody know?

Hi Rafael,
THis is more of a question then an answer but is station B set to save it's config on exit? If not it could overwrite the settings in the home directory back to default everytime it exits from station B. Try to log into Station A, logoff, then relog into Station A to see if the problem still occurs AFTER you make sure that Station B is set to save it's current workstate or desktop settings...
