Leverage SOA with SODA

Moving to CBD

In the article it is stated: "At a time when most organizations are finalizing the move to
component-based development (CBD) architecture (such as .NET or J2EE)"...
Can this be backed up with statistics? I see no evidence that "most" are "finalizing" their move. In my experience "most" still don't have a clear understanding of what any of it is!
