Looking for text popup alert software

Hi,

Im looking for some sort of text popup software. What i want it to do is for example; I use this software on my windows laptop, and by using it i can send a large (as in you can see it from the far side of the room) graphical and colorful message (similar to maybe WordArt text) alert that will display on a windows PC which is on the same network.

Ive been looking around but i couldnt find anything like that. Im sure it must exist somewhere so if anyone has heard of something like that or something similar could you please let me know?
