I wanted to ask a really basic question about excel formulas. Currently im Creating a dice game with 3 dices. I want to see how many doubles and triples and there going to be in 100 trials.
for doubles for 2 dices i got: =IF(AND(A2<>B2);0;1)
Can i get some help finding for 3 dices doubles & triples???

Nested IF

=IF(AND(A1=B1,B1=C1,C1=A1),"triple",IF(OR(A1=B1,B1=C1,C1=A1),"double","singles"))

This will work. You need to check for the triple first, using the AND function, and then for doubles using the OR function.
