Microsoft Outlook 2007 Error With Contacts

Error with a client, she will click on the address folder button in the task bar, and then click on a contact to expand their details. and then this error will appear: The Properties dialog box cannot be displayed. An invalid ENTRYID was passed in.

I have tried a detect and repair installation, also a complete uninstalltion and reinstallation.

i think this may be .pst issue, but i have recreated her mailbox so you guys got any suggestions?

im going to try exporting all contacts to a folder then re creating the mailprofile then importing the contacts for now see if that ammends the issue.
