What are you trying to accomplish?

Are you aiming for a backup of your e-mail? Do you want to send/receive mail from both PC’s? Are you using an exchange server or just pop/smtp? Are you using a .pst file or a .ost file?

          Sync Toy

Microsoft’s Sync Toy (free) can sync any folders any way A->B A<-B or both. You can do it on a schedule. If you know where your .pst file is you could just set it up to sync the newest over the oldest.

To sync your MS OUtlook email to smartphone, there are many third party apps available in the market. One app which always strikes me is OUTLOOKREFLEX.

      Nothing yet.

While for Microsoft and the office team, there isn’t a sync tool available yet. If you would like to get the full sync to do all that you would like – e-mails, contacts and your calendar – you should consider using Microsoft outlook’s exchange server. That is the only thing that will work for you, but remember – you will pay for it.

Yes, there is free tools to download. You should goolge it, but it is really junk tools that can’t really help with your problem in the long run…

That is one thing that is really bad – Microsoft and the office team should look into it.
