mobile internet connect to laptop

i have samsung galaxy gt-s5300 mobile and laptop os xp sp2.i activate gprs in my mobile and use internet on my mobile .my sim is vodafone.i want to connect internet in my laptop via bluetooth or cable. i have external bluetooth usb 2.0 and my mobile bluetooth 3.0.

I haven't tried with Android,

but with my old Samsung Blackjack I use the included USB cable to
connect then activate Internet Connection Sharing to sort of tether
to laptop/desktop. The Blackjack runs Windows Mobile 5, but I
think there is a tethering app for Android. Might search on the
Samsung site to see if they offer an app

i am try this link and download software but after installation when i connect my phone is shows not supported.
