Modifying Cisco access list

By jhenderson ·
I am trying to modify my cisco 2851 router configuration to allow ssl traffic to a particular server. There is an extended Access list in place and I am trying to edit it to add an entry similar to line 5 below. From the config prompt I am using:

access-list LOCAL-IN permit tcp any host 111.255.21.256 eq 443

I am getting: "% Invalid input detected at '^' marker."
Does this mean that my syntax is incorrect? Can anybody offer me direction on this I cannot find specifics anywhere.

Portion of extended access list named LOCAL-IN
170 permit tcp any host 111.255.21.251 eq www
180 permit icmp any host 111.255.22.251
190 permit tcp any host 111.255.21.251 eq 3000
200 permit tcp any host 111.255.21.250 eq smtp
5) 240 permit tcp any host 111.255.22.252 eq 443

Thank you all for your assistance
