It would take up more space than allowed to respond to your question,I would suggest that you use web to print out the instructions to do this.
A couple of reference sites would be.

The best way is to pay qualified person to do the job for you. Because you can end with burned MB, processor and personal injury.

But if you think that you can do it look at links in first replay

You should have a motherboard manual that tells you how to install it. The trickiest part is installing the CPU on the motherboard and that varies depending on the type of CPU that you have. Slot 1 Intel CPUs are relatively easy to install. You just need to get the support standoffs installed correctly.
If you don't have a motherboard manual, get one from the manufacturers website. You should be able to find the motherboard model number on the motherboard.
When installing the motherboard:
1. Be sure to wear a grounding strap so you don't damage your componets with eletctostatic discharges. This is especially a problem in low humidity environments and on carpet.
2. Install the motherboard in the case using the provided screws to install it (Don't overtighten the screws).
3. Install the Miscrprocessor as per the motherboard and microprocessor manufacturer's recommendations.
4. Install the memory.
5. Install power and signal cables, hard drives, etc. You'll need motherboard manual to know which connectors are for what(EG Power switch, HDD LED, etc.)
6. Install Disk Drives, CD, Floppy. Red stripe on ribbon cable goes on pin 1 on both sides of cable
7. Install cards (NIC, Video, etc).
8. Set any necessary jumpers for microprocessor speed or may need to set up BIOS properly when you turn it on.

This is best done by someone with some experience or at least be able to get advise from a friend. However if you're careful, patient, and read the manuals and follow instructions, it can be done.
