multiple webmail addresses

By rgreenly ·
I am looking to find out if you are hosting multiple domains on your network if you can have multiple webmail addresses that work with them? Example would be if company A has a webmail address of www.webmail.a.com can company B have a webmail address of www. webmail.b.com? Thanks for the help in advance guys!

Your example only specifies an OWA example so that company A members can browse to http://owa.companya.com and company B members can browse http://owa.companyb.com. That by itself can be done with simple DNS A records and/or website alias'

What about internally? Do you want Company A members and Company B members visible in all the same address lists or do you need Company B to see only Company B when they look in their address lists in Outlook? Should each company appear as though its outbound email is going through it's own branded server if email headers are viewed from the other end or can they all appear to go through a single server?

The different OWA websites is not covered in the above articles, for that, if that's still what you're looking for, check this article:
