my system can not ping any other system on the network

my system can not ping any other system on the network but other system on the network can ping one another. It was not like that before and no one qworked on it.

If it's windows and it's a new computer, have you gone through the Network Setup wizard? It opens some firewall ports. If you just install the card and set up an address, but don't run the network setup, the firewall may still be closed.

And it looks like his network auto switched over to IPV6, but the laptop with problems does not want to switch, so it is cut off now.

make sure that nothing is blocking ICMP. Try to open a command window and type this
netsh diag show test
then hit enter. This will cycle through a diagnostic trying to reach your localhost, dc, dns sever, etc. if anything looks wrong there it will give you more information on where to start.

Drop your firewall and AV on that machine then try pinging it again.
