Need to split large PST files ?

I am Outlook user 2007. I have huge numbers of PST files due to which I am facing problems while accessing data . I want to split large PST files . Is any possible way is there by which I can make separate folder and put all previous and older PST files there ?

As you want to split large PST files , I would like to suggest you split PST software that helps you to divides your entire Outlook database into smaller parts and you can saved spitted PST in separate Folder. The software creates NEW PST for each spitted files.Split PST provides you four options - Date, Year, Folder and Size by which you can split PST files as per your requirement.

These are some simple steps which you need to follow while using the software :-

1. Download and install the software.
First, go to Start Button >> Programs >> Split PST >>Click on Split
2.Then, click the Microsoft Outlook 2000/2002 (Old Versions) and Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007/2010(32 bit) (New Versions).
3.Now you can select Split option according to split PST by Size/Date/Year/Folder.After this Split option you can click on Next Button.
4.Then, click the "Browse" button to open large PST file of MS Outlook. And select split options according to your requirements like select size.
5.After this click the “Browse” button to give destination folders to your PST files and click ok.After this click the “Next” button.
6.All information will display on your Screen, Check them thoroughly . After this step click the “Split” button.
7. Now your splitting process completed. At this moment you can compare your PST files.
Click on “Compare PST” button.
