NETWORK AND ROUTING TABLE

Hai to Everybody,
I samuel from India i would like to create a network between two different networks through a single PC having two different LAn cards.
I would like to create a routing table in the PC having two lan cards so that the networks link each other through this PC .
Point 1. If i am using LAN #1 with IP 192.168.0.1

and other LAN #2 with IP 192.168.1.1
how to link each other.

Point 2.How to create LAN routing Table in WIN XP command.

Please Help me out as i am new to Networking.

Routing

Windows XP is not designed for this kind of routing setup. You need Windows Server (2000/2003) for routing.
Windows XP can only do ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) which is used for sharing a local modem between a group of PCs.
For Windows Server you can use RRAS (Remote Access Services).
