network card properties

I am writing a script the needs to open the network properties - TCP/IP settings. Does anyone know the command. I know I can open control.exe but I can't find this command.

At a command prompt, in NT 4, if you type in the command "control ncpa.cpl" (with quotes), this will open the Network properties dialog box in viewing mode.

Correction. My answer mentioned "control ncpa.cpl" (with quotes). The brackets should read (without quotes).
