How does protocols behave on peer to peer network compare to client server base network?
How server react with proocols?

Depends on the o/s of the two peers, if you mean ipsec or any type of encryption you will have to check settings and supported types, for example to use ipsec you would need a certificate services running on a server- which you would maybe not have on a peer to peer network. Really depends on what you mean by proocols and how sophisticated you network is.

Protocols are basically the same on a client/server based network and peer to peer enviroment. Everyone needs to have the same protocols in order to communicate with each other. TCP/IP is the most popular and is the standard on most OS's these days.
